Front Line Caregiver
We are looking for experienced, entry level, competent (CNAs) Front Line Care Team Member and Companion/Sitters (PCA) to care for our senior clients in a professional, loving and compassionate manner.
The ideal caregiving candidate will have a valid CNA license but this is not required for Companion/Sitters.
We hire caregivers who are patient, friendly and cheerful with excellent communication skills. You must be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help our senior clients with their ADLs while they remain in their homes. A current TB test is a must. We will conduct a background check and verify your references.

As a Case Processing Manager at our organization, you will collaborate with providers, high risk patients and family, and the Front Line Care Team. You will also assess clients and develop a patient centered care plan supported by Physicians and family. As well as supervise the Front Line Care Team.
